By accessing or using Stratusec's website, open-source software, or enterprise services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Open Source Software

The Stratusec open-source software is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. You are free to use, modify, and distribute it in accordance with that license. The open-source software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. Enterprise Services

Enterprise features and managed services are subject to separate commercial agreements. Enterprise users receive additional capabilities including SSO, RBAC, multi-tenancy, advanced integrations, and dedicated support.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use our services to scan or assess cloud infrastructure you do not own or have authorization to test
• Reverse engineer our enterprise software beyond what is permitted by applicable law
• Use our services to harm, disrupt, or overload any infrastructure

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of your cloud security findings, configurations, or any data processed through our platform. For self-hosted deployments, your data never leaves your infrastructure.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Stratusec is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of security findings. Stratusec is a tool to assist your security posture — it does not guarantee the security of your infrastructure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratusec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stratusec from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
